Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Officer/Specialist to manage commercial operations within a textile manufacturing environment. The role will focus on contracts pricing cost control and vendor negotiations to ensure profitability regulatory compliance and smooth commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial activities related to textile manufacturing operations
- Handle contract preparation review negotiation and compliance
- Develop and control pricing strategies in coordination with procurement sales and finance teams
- Monitor costs margins and profitability across products and vendors
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers service providers and business partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Coordinate with procurement logistics finance and production teams for smooth operations
- Prepare commercial reports cost analysis and management dashboards
- Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support management in strategic commercial decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial operations
- Strong exposure to textile manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in contracts pricing and cost control
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Good understanding of cost structures and profitability analysis
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills
