Core Responsibilities
Field-Based Acute Care: Deliver high-acuity clinical care to patients within the Everett/Snohomish County service area.
Team Leadership: Partner with on-site Paramedics or EMTs to perform advanced diagnostics and bedside treatments.
Clinical Decision Making: Order and interpret Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) including portable imaging and rapid labs.
Complex Case Management: Manage patients with multi-morbidities using evidence-based acute care protocols.
EMR Excellence: Ensure real-time accurate documentation of patient encounters.
Required Qualifications
Licensure: Active Washington State NP or PA license (ARNP or PA-C).
Experience: 2 years of experience in Emergency Medicine Hospitalist or Urgent Care.
Local Knowledge: Ability to navigate and provide care within the Everett WA region.
Certifications: Board Certification and active DEA registration.
Mobility: Valid drivers license and willingness to engage in field-based clinical work.
Schedule & Location
Location: Everett Washington (Field-Based).
Hours: Full-time 3 days per week.
Rotation: Includes rotating weekends and holidays.
