Job Summary
The Revenue Analyst I supports the organizations charge reconciliation activities to ensure accurate complete and timely charge capture across assigned clinical departments. This role serves as a key member of the revenue cycle team reviewing charge activity identifying discrepancies collaborating with clinical and operational partners and assisting in resolving issues that impact billing accuracy and revenue integrity. The Revenue Analyst I provides essential support for maintaining compliance and efficient charge capture workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in economics mathematics business administration accounting finance healthcare business related fields or statistics;
OR
High School diploma and 4 years relevant experience.
Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification Preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of coding billing and compliance practices. Prefer knowledge of revenue recognition systems and practice billing systems. Strong investigational skills shows attention to detail accuracy and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Independently organizes work plan for assigned projects within team structure. Demonstrates effective communication and basic presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and develop constructive working relationships with others. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word Excel Outlook and Powerpoint.
*This position is a 100% remote work. Individual may live anywhere in the US.
