Job Description

Manage a high-volume pre-suit personal injury caseload (approximately 120 active files)
Drive cases from intake through settlement with minimal oversight
Maintain consistent client communication and expectations
Request review and organize medical records and bills
Prepare and submit demand packages
Track treatment liability damages and settlement negotiations
Coordinate closely with attorneys to move files efficiently toward resolution
Meet productivity and settlement benchmarks in a performance-driven environment

Qualifications

Proven experience as a personal injury pre-suit paralegal
Demonstrated ability to manage 100 active PI files at one time
Must have contributed to or supported $3 million or more in gross settlements within the past 12 months
Strong understanding of the full pre-suit lifecycle of PI cases
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable in a high-expectation environment
Stable work history (no pattern of multiple one-year roles)
