- Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department
- Manage inventory levels ordering stocking and obsolescence
- Maximize parts gross profit and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with Stellantis policies and warranty requirements
- Lead train and motivate parts department staff
- Collaborate closely with Service and Sales departments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Analyze KPIs budgets and department performance
- Maintain vendor and OEM relationships
- Deliver excellent internal and external customer service
- Dealership parts management experience required
- Stellantis brand experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of OEM parts operations and inventory management
- Experience with CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
