About The Opportunity
As a Medical Receptionist you will play a key role in supporting specialists and the broader clinic team by delivering exceptional front-of-house service and efficient administrative support. Your contributions will help ensure smooth daily operations across multiple clinic locations while upholding their commitment to patient care and confidentiality. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist patients in a calm and professional manner
- Coordinate bookings referrals and patient follow-ups
- Manage patient records correspondence and billing accurately
- Support specialists with daily patient lists and coordination
- Liaise professionally with hospitals GPs and external providers
- Assist the Practise Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Contribute to clinic efficiency and ongoing process improvements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 1 years experience as a Medical Receptionist in healthcare
- Experience in medical or specialist practice environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical terminology
- Professional calm demeanour with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail confidentiality and customer focus
- Experience with specialist settings and Clinic to Cloud software
