POSITION SUMMARY:This full-time twelve-month position is responsible for overseeing the management maintenance and cleaning of our school facilities. This leadership role is vital to ensuring our buildings and grounds provide a safe clean and efficient environment that supports quality education and community :The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended only as an illustration of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar related or a logical assignment to the Management: Supervise the day-to-day operations of school buildings and grounds ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to maintain high standards of cleanliness safety and Supervision: Lead schedule and support principals in the evaluation of custodial and maintenance staff across multiple school locations ensuring adherence to schedules and standards. Effectively communicate priorities provide regular feedback develop and implement Oversight: Assist in developing and managing the facilities operations budgets including procurement of materials supplies and Planning: Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs and ensure timely completion of & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations including building codes safety standards and environmental Coordination: Oversee implementation of contracts and work performed by external vendors and Efficiency: Develop strategies to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in facility Management: Support administration and supervise on-site services related to operations and the security of buildings and grounds for various eventsEmergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies and coordinate responses YEAR:Twelve MonthsSALARY RANGE:$80000 to $90000REPORTS TO:Director of Operations
