The Expertise and Skills You Bring
4 years of experience in brokerage operations
2 years of managementand/or team leadexperience preferred
Alternative Investments experience/knowledgeis a major plus
College degree or applicable work experience
Series 7 or 99 license (can obtainwithin90 daysof hire)

The Team
The Recon team is tasked with reconciliation of Hedge Funds non-publicly traded REITS Funds of Funds Private InvestmentFundsand other asset classes. This role willleada team of associates responsible for handling research requests regarding account transactions and for resolving complex reconciliation issues in a timely manner.The associates will act as the owner of the relationship between the Product Sponsor and Fidelity.
Alternative Investments Managers lead an end-to-end operations business that supports over $50B in customer assets. Alternative Investments is a complicated and nuanced product space with manual industry wide processes in place to support transactional activity. The Alternative Investments Manager can navigate these processes introduce automation where applicable and ensure the ultimate client experience or our clients. The role will include leadership of an operational team focused on reconciliation analysis and maintenance processing.

Brokerage OperationsMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
