Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Move-In Coordination:Facilitates the logistics of moving in including scheduling communicating with families and ensuring all resident needs are met before and after move-in.
- Sales Support: Converts inquiries and tours into deposits and signed agreements working closely with the sales/marketing Director to achieve occupancy goals.
- Administration:Completes reviews and maintains required move-in documentation including leases health assessments and compliance paperwork.
- Unit Preparation:Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready clean and meet community standards for new residents.
- Family Liaison:Acts as the primary point of contact for new residents and their families addressing questions and reducing anxiety about the transition.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience:Generally 13 years of sales or marketing experience preferably in senior living healthcare or hospitality.
- Skills:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills strong organizational skills and a supportive empathetic presence.
