Location: Onsite - Spokane & Spokane Valley Clinics
Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Employee

Hourly Rate: $23-25/hr
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends!)
Reports To: Regional Manager

We are seeking a compassionate detail-oriented Full-Time TMS Technician for our Spokane & Spokane Valley clinicsan opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative people-first environment. TMS Technician Responsibilities

• Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
• Create a safe supportive and therapeutic experience for every patient.
• Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
• Manage scheduling follow-ups and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

TMS Technician Qualifications

• Preferred Education: BS in Psychology Neuroscience or related field.
• 2 years in healthcare patient care or medical office support (CNA MA Patient Care Tech etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
• Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
• Patient-centered compassionate team player who is professional punctual and proactive
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn grow and adapt
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively
• Preferred: BLS certification
