Job Summary
Lead the Future of Home-Based Care in Washington. Join myLaurel as a Clinical Field Manager (Lead ARNP or PA-C) spearheading our Everett market. This Player-Coach role is designed for a high-acuity clinician ready to master Clinical Operations while maintaining an edge in acute patient care. You will dedicate 50% of your time to direct patient care and 50% to operational leadership and team mentorship.
Compensation & Leadership Perks
Salary: $180000 $190000 annual base Sign-on Bonus.

Leadership & Operations (50%)
Staff Development: Recruit onboard and mentor the clinical field team to ensure peak performance.
Logistics Management: Oversee medical inventory scheduling and field-based workflows.
Quality Assurance: Drive Quality Improvement initiatives and ensure Regulatory Compliance.
Performance Metrics: Monitor clinical outcomes and operational efficiency within the Everett market.
Clinical Delivery (50%)
Acute Care Management: Deliver high-acuity interventions (IV therapy POCUS EKG) in patient homes to prevent hospital readmissions.
Diagnostic Leadership: Order and interpret labs/imaging to manage complex multi-morbid patients.
EHR Documentation: Ensure real-time accurate documentation within Electronic Health Records.
Required Qualifications
Licensure: Active unrestricted ARNP or PA-C license in Washington State.
Experience: Minimum 3600 clinical hours (approx. 2 years) in Emergency Medicine ICU or Hospitalist settings.
Leadership: Prior experience in a supervisory lead or clinical precepting role.
Mobility: Valid drivers license and the ability to manage a field-based workflow.
