Youll report directly to our Global Technology Community Lead and serve as Tenthpins SAP technology SMEchampioning innovation ensuring excellence and shaping the future of SAP Consulting.

The Opportunity

As a Lead SAP Technology Architect youll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex digital transformations defining technical strategy and delivering high-impact SAP solutions. This is more than just a technical roleyoull influence global strategy lead cutting-edge transformations and help scale a fast-growing global consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Tenthpins global SAP technology SME reporting to the Global Technology Community Lead and helping drive strategy and growth.
• Lead SAP Architecture and solution design aligning with client goals and industry best practices.
• Advise on greenfield bluefield and brownfield transformation strategies.
• Guide clients through ECC to S/4HANA RISE transition journeys ensuring scalable and future-ready architectures.
• Lead technology discussions in proposals workshops and client presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership by staying at the forefront of SAP trends and shaping internal methodologies.
• Act as Application Owner of Tenthpins internal SAP test development and demonstration systemssupporting consultants in modelling new technology advancements that benefit Life Sciences clients.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Your Experience

Youre a strategic SAP technology leader with a passion for innovation a deep understanding of SAPs evolving landscape and a strong track record of success in large-scale projects.

You bring:

• Extensive experience in SAP architecture technology strategy and full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep knowledge of S/4HANA SAP BTP and modern transformation methodologies.
• Proven leadership in large-scale SAP programsideally within Life Sciences.
• Strong understanding of SAPs technology roadmap and ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillscomfortable influencing both technical and business leaders.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• A growth mindset and a drive to continuously enhance the value of technology consulting services.

• PSAPEA: SAP Certified Professional SAP Enterprise Architect
• PBTPA: SAP Certified Professional Solution Architect SAP BTP
