Salesforce Risk & Regulatory Product Owner
Act as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce KYC and Client Acceptance
Prioritise and manage detailed business and technical requirements within the Agile framework
Own and maintain the user story backlog ensuring highquality and timely delivery
Collaborate closely with architects and technical leads to align implementation with enterprise goals
Communicate technical capabilities and vendor updates to business stakeholders to support adoption of new features
Build and maintain subject matter expertise in risk workflow platforms internal services and thirdparty technologies
Identify monitor and mitigate technical risks and dependencies to maintain stability scalability and security
Participate in incident triage and support production and UAT troubleshooting
Collaborate with vendors and partners on feature evaluations and technical assessments
Facilitate requirements workshops and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Work with developers QA and business stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure delivery meets functional and quality objectives
Oversee preparation of reports for operational management and regulatory needs and lead data quality improvement initiatives.
Experience in product ownership at a Manager level combining functional analysis with Agile delivery (preferably SAFe)
Strong skills in requirements elicitation user story creation backlog grooming and sprint planning
Practical knowledge of Salesforce platforms and Risk & Regulatory applications
Ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams (architects technical leads developers QA business stakeholders)
Experience in stakeholder management and communication in a global environment
Familiarity with data management principles reporting and data quality best practices
Ability to work independently and proactively identify risks dependencies and optimisation opportunities.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator
Experience in regulatory environments KYC or client acceptance workflows.
