Shack Shine is in the midst of a bold transformation evolving from a leader in house detailing to a technology-enabled membership-based powerhouse . We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take true ownership of our outbound sales engine.
In this role you arent just booking services; you are the architect of a lasting partnership that protects and enhances our customers most valuable assets. You will be the primary driver of our proactive membership model communicating the long-term benefits of regular home care to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) for our Franchise Partners. - Own the Outbound Engine: You will lead the outbound sales process across phone text and email reconnecting with past customers and finding new opportunities to drive bookings and memberships.
- Maximize Lifetime Value (LTV): You will act as a champion for long-term growth tailoring your outreach to account history to ensure we are maximizing the value of every customer relationship.
- Partner with Business Owners: You will work directly with Franchise Partners as their dedicated growth engine helping them scale their businesses through predictable profitable growth.
- Command Inbound Peak Times: You will manage overflow inbound calls leveraging your service expertise to convert inquiries into high-value member relationships.
- Collaborate for Success: You will share real-world insights and feedback from your interactions with the Brand Team to help refine our seasonal campaigns and coaching initiatives.

- Performance Excellence: A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious monthly sales targets.
- Exceptional Persistence: The grit and discipline required to maintain high-volume outreach while ensuring every interaction is professional and seamless.
- Relationship Mastery: The ability to build fast rapport with customers and long-term positive partnerships with our Franchise Partners.
- High Detail Orientation: Strong administrative skills and proficiency in CRM tools (Pipeline) to ensure all customer data and appointments are handled with total accuracy.
ð COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Pay: $23.00 per hour commission and performance bonus

- Office Presence: For this roles duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will come into the office three days a week Tuesday through Thursday.
