Salary:per year (pro rata dependent on contract) - Total take home with sleeps 34994.
Working Hour: 36 / 48-hour contracts available

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Childrens Residential Care qualification (NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People)

Youll be a key part of a young persons day-to-day life supporting them through highs and lows and helping them rebuild stability confidence and positive pathways for adulthood.
As Team Leader you will also support and guide the staff team help maintain high standards in the home and be prepared to step up and deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
