Job Summary
The QHSE Manager will be responsible for implementing managing and improving all aspects of Quality Health Safety and Environmental practices within a high-end luxury estate in Riyadh. The role ensures compliance with local and international standards protecting the health and safety of employees clients and the environment while maintaining the estate s exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain QHSE policies procedures and systems in alignment with global best practices.
Lead risk assessments hazard identification and safety audits regularly across all departments.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws health & safety regulations and company standards.
Manage incident reporting investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
Provide training and awareness programs for all staff regarding safety practices hygiene standards and emergency procedures.
Monitor and report QHSE performance metrics and propose improvements.
Coordinate with department heads and contractors to ensure safe working conditions.
Act as the key liaison with local regulatory bodies and emergency services.
Ensure proper documentation and certification are maintained as per ISO and NEBOSH standards.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in a QHSE role preferably within hospitality luxury estates or facilities management.
Previous experience in GCC countries is an advantage.
Experience working with multicultural teams.
