Job Summary

We are searching for dynamic and motivated Interns to join our diverse organization for the summer of 2026. As an Intern you will be working on projects spanning operational and support functions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multifaceted company that operates in passenger transportation. Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with various School Bus operations and projects including (but not limited to) routing billing recruiting training time audits equipment audits dispatch assistance and start-up meetings across multiple locations.
Collaborate with School Bus managers supervisors dispatchers and drivers to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows.
Engage with cross-functional departments (i.e. safety fleet maintenance recruiting) to understand industry challenges and align goals for success.
Assist with preparing monthly reports for key stakeholders.
Participate in management training sessions and workshops to develop operational analytical and leadership skills.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in the school transportation industry.

Position Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration Management or a related field preferably in transportation/Logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) Power BI and Synthesia AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or coursework in business consulting project management or related fields.
Familiarity with the transportation/logistics
