Job Summary
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for a two to four weeks followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following Canadian Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Salary Package: Up to 50000 PHP/Monthly
About the Client:
A general contracting and construction services company based in Canada who focuses on commercial and industrial construction and provides a range of project services.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cost estimates based on project plans specifications and drawings. This includes material labor equipment and other associated costs.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals for projects ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs assumptions and justifications for estimates provided.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and job site visits as required.
- Complete take-offs for bid preparation utilizing estimating software.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree of any related field. Preferably in Engineering.
- 2 years construction estimating engineering or similar experience preferred.
- General knowledge of estimating techniques cost control and material pricing required.
- Detail-oriented organized and ability to multi-task in a high-volume deadline driven environment.
- Excellent problem solving time management and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (e.g. Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills; verbal written and interpersonal.
- The role requires the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
