As aSoftware Engineer Intern Test Automation you will support the development of state-of-the-art software applications used for analysis of samples with electron microscopes. Your work will help automate testing processes and accelerate discoveries in areas such as new materials batteries semiconductors and drug development.

A Day in the Life

Test new software features and verify bug fixes
Convert manual test cases into automated tests
Create maintain and execute test automation scripts
Support and improve test automation frameworks
Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and SQA colleagues
Contribute tocontinuous improvement and innovative solutions

Keys toSuccess

Bachelors or Masters student in Computer Science Informatics Software Engineering or similar field
Spoken English and Czech/Slovak is mandatory
Interest in software testing and test automation
Basic knowledge of Python or willingness tolearn
Ability toidentify reproduce and describe software defects
Interest in learning CI/CD concepts and modern software development practices
Motivated and eager tolearn in areal-world R&D environment
Detail-oriented with astructured approach toproblem-solving
Good communication skills
