Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring coaching and developing diesel technicians & dealership personnel
- Management of personnel and store schedules
- Complete profit and loss responsibilities including expense control and attainment of sales goals
- Maintain superior customer service through dealership top-notch culture & follow up
- Sales growth through local customer relationships
- Provide training and support
- Supervise an experienced Service Department (Technicians & Service Advisors)
- Maintain building facilities & safety of dealership
- Asset & inventory control management. Equipment & tool management.
- Maintain safe work environment. Safety meeting & weekly coaching.
- Exceed monthly sales and bottom-line results
- Grow market share in truck parts & service
- Have Fun
Qualifications
- Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Knowledge of ADP (CDK) preferred or strong computer skills
- Minimum 5 years of automotive experience preferred
- Management Experience 5 years required
- Excellent communication ability & phone skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control & asset management
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ambitious goal oriented and able to work within a dynamic environment
- Valid Drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Sales oriented
