Austins Automotive Specialistspart of the GreatWater 360 Auto Care familyis looking for a friendly motivated Automotive Service Advisor who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced team-driven environment. If you enjoy building trust with customers keeping a shop running smoothly and being the communication hub between technicians and guests youll be a great fit here.
What Youll Do as a Service Advisor
Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Write repair orders with accuracy and clarity
- Communicate with technicians and relay recommended services
- Source parts manage workflows & maintain shop organization
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
- Support sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- 13 years of Service Advisor or customer service experience
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and keep the shop moving
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes
- A team-oriented mindset and desire to grow
