Lead Deck Installer
Pay $30 / hour DOE
Schedule : Monday - Friday Day Shift
Location: Salem OR
GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for a local fencing company in SalemOR. We are searching for an experiences Lead Deck Installer.
Job Duties:
-Build/Install Decks for residential & commercial projects
-Construction
-Operation of various hand/power tools
- Digging Post Holes
- Demolition of Old Fences
- Setting Fence Posts
- On-Site and Off-Site Material Deliveries
- Loading and Unloading of Material
- Organizing Material
- Customer Interaction
- Ability to Listen and Follow Instructions
-Mechanically inclined to learn the electronic components of setting up the automatic gates
-Following safety protocols to create a safe working environment
Requirements for the Position:
-Must have at least 1 year of lead/supervisor experience in a construction job/setting
-Must have construction experience with decks/fencing 2 years
-Must have a valid drivers license and a insurable driving record for the past 3 years
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Physically able to lift 50-75lbs
-Must be able to stand lift bend twist and sit for up to 8-12 hours a day as needed
