About the Role

We are hiring experienced Metal Roofing Installers to join our growing installation crews. This role is focused primarily on installing metal roofing systems with some metal siding and related metal work depending on the project.

We are not training from scratch. Were looking for individuals who already understand metal installation work and want steady long-term employment with a reliable company.

We have a full year of scheduled work consistent projects every week and crews working directly under our supervision.

What Youll Be Doing

Installing metal roofing systems (standing seam panels trims flashing)
Installing metal siding and architectural metal components (as applicable)
Working as part of a dedicated installation crew
Following job specs safety procedures and installation standards
Communicating with crew leads and supervisors on-site
Maintaining quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness

What Were Looking For

Required Experience (any of the following):

Metal roofing installation
Metal siding installation
Sheet metal installation or fabrication
Construction crew experience involving metal materials
Commercial or residential exterior installation experience
