Job Responsibilities

Train supervise and evaluate employees and inmates engaged in warehouse and delivery operations.
Coordinate daily work schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and resource utilization.
Manage in-state pickups and deliveries including route development and load coordination.
Maintain high work morale & promote harmonious labor relations. ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of delivery vehicles. manage operational paperwork and safeguard vehicles and tools.
Assist with inventory management and serve as a backup truck driver when needed
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management public administration or administrative services. A bachelors degree may be substituted for required work experience.
SCDC Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and one (1) year of warehouse/logistics management and one (1) year supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
CDL-A License preferred.
