Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Milford MI. As a Home Care Worker you will provide essential in-home support to clients promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to supervising staff or family members.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
