Lead Java Full Stack Developer responsible for driving end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using modern Java and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and deployment of scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement full-stack solutions with Java React/Angular and RESTful APIs.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on AWS and OpenShift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker (good to have).
- Coordinate batch processing workflows using Spring Batch and Autosys (good to have).
- Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across services.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot Microservices Architecture and Java 11 and 17.
- Hands-on experience with AWS OpenShift and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with Spring Batch Autosys Kubernetes and Docker is a plus.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
