Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BSc graduate to join our fabrication plant as a Supervisor. The candidate will assist in overseeing production activities ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start a career in manufacturing and fabrication with hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day fabrication operations and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Monitor the work of shop floor staff and provide guidance as needed.
Ensure adherence to quality standards production processes and safety protocols.
Coordinate with engineering planning and maintenance teams to streamline workflow.
Maintain production records and report performance metrics to higher management.
Identify and report operational issues process improvements or safety hazards.
Assist in training and development of new operators or workers.
Eligibility / Qualification:
BSc graduate (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field preferred).
Freshers are eligible; prior internship or project work in fabrication/manufacturing is a plus.
Basic knowledge of fabrication processes machinery and safety practices.
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of fabrication plant operations.
Ability to supervise and coordinate with shop floor staff.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality control.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Computer literacy (MS Office basic ERP familiarity is a plus).
