Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food and beverages to employees ensuring high standards of quality hygiene and safety
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area following all health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels of food beverages and supplies and place orders as required
Assist in menu planning and meal preparation considering dietary requirements and preferences of employees
Collect payments from employees and maintain accurate records of transactions
Manage and maintain all kitchen equipment and appliances reporting any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and respond to their queries and concerns regarding canteen services
Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to canteen operations health and safety
Assist in the recruitment and training of new canteen staff members
Key Metrics
Customer satisfaction ratings of the canteen services provided.
Compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
Inventory management accuracy and efficiency.
Accuracy and completeness of payment records.
Timeliness and quality of meal preparation and service
Knowledge and Skills
Education Qualifications : Diploma or equivalent
Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in experience in food service or a related field
