Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute waste management operations according to company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of waste processing and disposal activities.
- Identify and report safety hazards or process improvements.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in waste management industrial operations or a related field is a plus.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite.
- Exposure to operational environments chemicals including waste processing areas.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE as required.
