School Finance Manager
Greenwich Waldorf School is seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Manager to manage the schools financial operations maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring audit-ready records. The position is until 10th July 2026 initially with the potential to become permanent. For the right candidate there is the opportunity to merge this role with the position of part-time Credit Controller/Administrator (also advertised here) to make a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with external accountants and auditors
Manage income streams including school fees clubs Gift Aid and cashless systems
Oversee accounts payable expense claims and credit card reconciliations
Support reconciliation of bank control and suspense accounts monthly
Payroll inputs processes and year-end submissions
Maintain VAT compliance and manage correct VAT accounting
Maintain financial schedules and ensure audit-ready records
Champion strong internal controls financial probity and compliance
Liaise with Leadership Team and Trustees
