StickerApp is the small company that made it big in the sticker world. What started in 2006 as a niche idea has grown into a thriving global platform with over 120 employees including a 20-person-strong tech team serving customers in more than 100 countries. We help creators brands and everyday sticker lovers design and order high-quality custom stickers that feel personal fun and easy to create.

Our product is fully online our team is proudly hands-on and our ambition is to make every interaction from designing your first sticker to unboxing your latest order feel just right. We care deeply about the experience and we believe craft speed and joy can go hand in hand.

Whom are we looking for

We are seeking a communicative humble and driven Project Manager to join our Customer Journey Team one of our core product teams responsible for the full user this role you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring that projects are delivered with quality efficiency and a strong focus on the customer experience.

You are someone who thrives in translating technical requirements into language that non-technical stakeholders understand and vice versa. You enjoy influencing are naturally curious and passionate about improving ways of working and processes. Youre comfortable stepping into an environment where not everything is fully defined you see work in progress as an exciting opportunity rather than a challenge.

What your days might look like

This role is all about coordination communication and driving projects forward in close collaboration with our product teams developers and business stakeholders.

What youll do:

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.

• Act as the communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders translating complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights.

• Manage multiple projects in parallel.

• Plan prioritize and follow up on project deliverables timelines and milestones.

• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes workflows and ways of working within an agile framework.

• Facilitate team activities such as sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and cross-functional collaboration sessions.

• Build relationships across the organization ensuring smooth coordination between product tech and business teams.

• Identify and manage risks ensuring proactive mitigation and transparent communication.

• Ensure that projects meet quality standards and definition of done criteria before delivery.

Who you are

You have experience managing IT projects ideally within e-commerce or product-driven environments. Youre a natural communicator who builds trust and can navigate between technical and business perspectives with confidence.

Youre driven by curiosity and enjoy being hands-on in shaping both projects and processes. You appreciate structure but remain pragmatic and flexible when priorities shift.

Your experience and skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of software development processes.

• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum Kanban or similar frameworks).

• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel as well as contribute to larger more complex initiatives.

• Stakeholder management skills you know how to build relationships manage expectations and communicate effectively across all levels.

• Comfortable translating technical language and requirements for non-technical audiences and vice versa.

• You express yourself clearly and confidently in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
