SIAM Professional

We are looking for an experienced SIAM professional to join our extraordinary Service Integration Practice this role you will work at the heart of complex and interesting customer environments and play a key role in shaping and improving their SIAM processes and ways of working. If you are hungry to learn something new every day have great communication skills a positive can-do attitude and the courage to challenge our customers and yourself you will enjoy working with us.

You will be surrounded by a team of experienced professionals ready to support and share their knowledge at every turn of your journey.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in core SIAM processes (e.g. incident problem change service request configuration knowledge service level management)

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or other ITSM tools

• Experience in Service Management

• Experience in applying AI analytics and/or process automation

• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical value-driven solutions

• Strong stakeholder management collaboration and communication skills

• A proactive development-oriented mindset with the ambition to continuously evolve SIAM practices

• Positive energy enthusiasm and a sense of humor while inspiring those around you

• We expect strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate fluently and effectively with both IT and business stakeholders in Finnish and English.
