Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager hands on experience in pharma/life science and skilled in R Python or SQL.!
In this role we are looking for candidate as per below eligibility.
Total experience in Pharmaceutical Domain.
Technical skills in R Studio Python or SQL.
Proficiency in call planning territory alignment segmentation and targeting sales force effectiveness sales analytics/marketing analytics.
Responsibilities
Individual Contributor Role to own and execute assigned tasks on time with high quality.
Call Plan Development for new salesforce: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and create comprehensive call plans.
Own the process of developing and maintaining target lists for sales representatives. Identify high-potential customers and strategically allocate resources to maximize impact.
Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics tools to analyze market trends track sales performance and provide actionable insights to sales teams.
Liaison with stakeholders and onshore team to understand complex business problem and define solution.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in Pharmacy/Technology/BE
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge of R SQL is preferred.

Excellent MS Office Skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Expert verbal and written communication skills
High degree of energy & execution and client connect experience is a Must
Ability to work in a global environment
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good interpersonal skills
