CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
A well-established and reputable law firm in Worcester is seeking an experienced and professional Conveyancing / Bonds Secretary to join their team.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric certificate
- Legal Secretarial and/or Conveyancing qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant conveyancing experience
- Full transfer experience essential (from file opening to registration and closure)
- Ability to work independently and manage a full conveyancing workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a meticulous and accurate working style
