My client is looking for a Developer someone who knows the code knows the pressure and has spent 3 years leading a team through the chaos. This isnt just about writing clean C#. Its about standing between failure and the people who depend on what you build.
Youll be in the fight every day hands on the keyboard eyes on the bigger picture guiding your team when things get loud.

Deep experience / C# senior level battle-tested
Minimum 3 years leading a team as a Team Lead or Technical Lead
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
Strong grasp of APIs SQL databases and modern application design
Comfort working in Agile environments where priorities shift fast
Calm leadership when the pressure hits
Nice to Have:
Azure or other cloud experience
Front-end skills (Angular React or similar)
CI/CD and DevOps experience automation is your ally
