SUMMARY
This position plays a critical role in providing an interface between the customer the Account Managers and the Service and Maintenance Technical team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones by 2nd ring.
- Review & respond to new VMs & email.
- Check -in with Account Managers at the beginning and end of shift.*minimally.
- Perform pre-billing tasks including checking and filling out all required company and customer forms and checklists and obtaining required pictures
- Create invoicing for client as required and review and resolve any rejected billing.
- Create all required support documentation for repairs including invoicing reconciliation and collecting on past due invoices.
- Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve questions independently.
- Experience in high level of customer service required.
- One to three years experience in a web based windows environment background a . Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow through to completion of any problem.
- The ability to prioritize & work in a fast-paced environment handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints.
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00
