JobSummary:

Micron isseekinga highly motivatedEHS Emergency Services Analystthatis responsible forcontributing to shift operations and programs helping to lead the on-shift team in conjunction with the shift lead. Be a culture champion for both Emergency Services and EHSteamaswhole. The Emergency Services Professional will function as an Emergency Services Technician as shift operationsdictates. You willexhibita high levelof dependability and passion embodying our core values of People Innovation Tenacity Collaboration and Customer Focus.

Responsibilities:

Lead shift team operations ensuring smooth daily workflow and promptly escalating issues to the Shift Lead whenadditionalsupport is needed.
Serve as ERT Captain directing personnel during emergency responses involving medical events chemical spills gas releases HAZMAT situations and rescue operations.
Enforce safety protocolsincluding PPE useCoHE/LockoutTagout and proper chemical handlingtomaintaina compliant and hazardfree work environment.
Conduct safety audits perform hazard prevention inspections and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency.
Apply review and communicate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA/JSA); share shift updates and collaborate crossfunctionally to address equipment safety and operational issues.
Maintain inspect and manage emergency response equipment; document incidents and track safety trends to support prevention strategies.
Assistwith safety projects and costreduction initiatives by performing data analysis and supporting preventive maintenance activities.
Meet physical requirementsincluding prolonged standing and walking up to 5 miles per shiftwhile ensuring the protection of personnel and assets during both emergency and routine operations.

MinimumRequirements:

Associatesordegreein Emergency Services or relatedfield.
2 years experience in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) License or equivalent field
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off) progress between day and night shifts every 4 months and adapt to different shifts and overtime as needed to support business operations
2 years experience with SAP Enablon or similar incident tracking systems.
The ability to become certificated in:
SCBA SKA and APR respiratory protection
HAZMAT response
Confined space/high angle rescue

Preferred Qualifications:

4years experiencein Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) License or equivalent field
4years experiencewith SAP Enablon or similar incident tracking systems.
2 years leadership experience
