The Opportunity

This position works out of our Woodridge MN location in the Structural Heart division.Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease

WhatYoullWork On

Coordinates and leads the implementation and effectiveness of continuous improvement tools and systems in support of site goals and objectives.
Facilitatesand coaches cross functional improvement events to deliver positive andmeasurableresults for the business.
Supports the continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement Department. Coordinates with operational leadership to ensure alignment andoptimaluse of resources related to continuous improvement.
Works with site leaders to develop long term facility plans and capacity models.
Develops and trains continuous improvement methods such as value stream mapping 5S line balancing standard work and materialflow tointernal resources within the organization.
Collaborate with management to hire andretaina diverse highly qualified staff.
Provides input for identification of department goals which align to strategicobjectives andmanages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring.
Maintainsa safe and professional work environment.
Maintainspositive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees customers contractors and vendors.

Qualifications:

-BachelorsDegree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- 4 years experience
- 3-4years experiencewith post graduate degree
Preferred:
- Experience leadingContinousimprovement events
- Experience with problem solving such as A3/DMAIC
- Med Device or regulated industry
- Project management experience
