We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Field Service Engineer.

The role:

As the Field Service Engineer you will provide excellent face-to-face customer service to our customers whilst promoting our market leading products and services. You will be joining a team that really is essential in maintaining and enhancing both pre- and post-sale customer relationships being the link between our production facility and our long-standing customers. Our Field Service Team is at the heart of what we do!

Here are some of the responsibilities of the position:

  • Work with the Service Engineering department to commission and troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Evaluate troubleshoot and resolve system functions in-house
  • Responsible for reading and following electrical schematics
  • Finalize system manufacture (configure and calibrate) in-house
  • Update documentation

Benefits:

Base Salary: $70000- $80000 per year depending on experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3 or more years hands on experience
  • Knowledge of Electrical Schematics Multimeter Oscilloscope MS Suite Programming is plus
  • Great aptitude and attitude
  • Works well alone and as part of a great team
