ARQ works with growing businesses to provide clear decision-ready financial insight. Were looking for a Finance Analyst to join us and play a key role in supporting high-quality finance delivery to our clients.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. Youll work closely with a Finance Manager and the Founders helping ensure our numbers are accurate timely and form a solid foundation for commercial decision-making.
Tasks
As Finance Analyst you will:
- Support day-to-day finance delivery for a portfolio of clients
- Perform reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare draft monthly management accounts
- Build and maintain supporting schedules for forecasts and cash flow
- Assist with variance analysis and commentary
- Flag issues anomalies or risks early and escalate appropriately
You will be expected to take ownership of your work not just complete tasks.
Requirements
- Strong foundations in management accounts and reconciliations
- Good Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems
- Logical structured thinking with high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn take feedback and improve outputs quickly
- Comfortable working in a growing imperfect environment
Experience working with SMEs startups or multi-client environments is a plus but not essential.
