At Rocket Digital we are looking for a Creative Intern to provide direct support to our Art Director specialized in Paid Media. This role is ideal for someone who wants to closely learn how creative concepts are developed produced and optimized for high-performance campaigns across Meta Google Display and programmatic environments.

The role
As a Creative Intern you will be part of the creative team supporting the production organization and adaptation of assets for Paid Media campaigns. You will work closely with the Art Director learning real-world processes of ideation design testing and creative optimization.
Your mission will be to help ensure that campaigns are delivered with high quality on time and aligned with the defined visual strategy.
Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
Creative Support
- Adapt and layout static and video assets for Meta Google Display and programmatic campaigns.
- Prepare versions formats and variations for A/B testing.
- Create initial visual proposals based on the Art Directors guidance.
- Support research of references moodboards and creative benchmarks.
Production & Organization
- Prepare final files following the specifications of each platform.
- Organize assets libraries and working materials within internal systems.
- Document processes templates and creative learnings.
AI & New Tools
- Use AI tools to generate ideas variations or visual elements under supervision.
- Explore new features and share improvement opportunities with the team.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design Advertising Visual Communication or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
- Interest in creativity applied to Paid Media and performance marketing.
- Curiosity about AI tools applied to design.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Fluent Spanish; working proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Google Display or programmatic platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics.
- Previous experience through internships or freelance projects.
- Interest in visual trends digital culture and content formats.
