Were building a high-performing digital sales and client onboarding team in Barcelona to support businesses. This role is designed for commercially driven professionals who can onboard advise and grow high-potential companies within a fast-paced tech-focused advertising environment.
Youll work closely with new and emerging businesses acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption of digital advertising solutions optimize performance and unlock long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients as a strategic advisor
- Design launch and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to engage consult and upsell services
- Understand client objectives and tailor data-driven advertising strategies
- Increase campaign spend through value-based upselling and optimization
- Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking in CRM tools
- Manage a high volume of client interactions in a structured goal-oriented environment
Candidate Profile
- Native-level Dutch or Danish fluent English
- Background in sales digital marketing or client-facing roles (1824 months)
- Strong understanding of PPC ROI-driven campaigns and digital advertising ecosystems
- Confident communicator with presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with KPIs targets and performance metrics
- Analytical proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy expectations in European markets
