Job Summary
Overview
Ansible Government Solutions LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Project Analyst to support the White River Junction VA Medical Center located at 163 Veterans Drive White River Junction VT 05001. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security health care and information technology. Responsibilities
- Manage documentation summaries reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate scheduling meetings training and operations across VA sites.
- Provide biweekly updates and monthly status reports to CCPI.
- Maintain team communication across VA stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance process improvements and required reporting.
- Oversee training compliance and deliverable timelines.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience (medical/federal contracting preferred).
- Experience managing contract performance and reporting.
- Strong project management communication and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Experience in healthcare or dental environments preferred.
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit stand walk lift squat bend twist and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
