Job Summary
This role requires innovative problem-solving ability to work with data and strong written and verbal communication skills to drive last-mile delivery strategy and execution. You will need to present complex analysis and recommendations to influence and gain alignment from cross-functional stakeholders in an ambiguous high-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders including Business Operations Supply Chain Product and Finance teams
- Leverage data to identify and develop business cases drive decision making and conduct deep dive analyses that are quantified with metrics
- Define and track metrics and mechanisms to ensure success of the business at scale
- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Present program progress risks and recommendations to leadership through regular business reviews
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
