Job Summary
NEW HSEQ ENGINEER IN ANDOVER
Our client based in Andover Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBAs for a range of industries like automotive industrial and medical.
Our client are looking for an experienced HSEQ Engineer to join our Quality team reporting directly to the QHSE Manager. This is a key role in driving our Quality Health Safety and Environmental strategy and embedding a positive quality and safety culture across the business.

Job requirements of the HSEQEngineer in Andover:
- Develop maintain and improve the Business Management System in line with AS9100 ISO 9001 ISO 13485 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Act as EHS Management Representative ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Lead internal HSE audits manage non-conformances and ensure timely closure.
- Support risk identification containment and preventative actions across the business.
- Manage customer compliance requests including conflict minerals.
- Deliver training across quality health safety and environmental topics.
- Track and report HSE KPIs including energy usage and waste.
- Act as the main point of contact for supplier quality matters
- Convert NCRs into SCARs and manage supplier follow-up
- Perform supplier audits (initial routine and ad-hoc)
- Degree-level qualification preferred (minimum HNC Level 4 in Electronics or Electrical Engineering)
