Key responsibilities:
- DriveCountry Commercial Planning:definethe business planning insynergywith Sales Marketing and HR ensuring perfect execution end to end along the funnel (from appointment to conversion).
- Foster a continuousperformance dialogue:constantlymonitoringcommercial KPIs encouraging proactive performance improvement and intelligent benchmarking being incharge along with the IT department ofIT systems and platformrelated to commercial reportingbudgetingand forecasting sales incentives calculation etc.
- Managecommunication strategies and contentstowards salespeople using different channels
- In Store Performance & Operational Excellence:ensure an attentive agenda managementa skillfulomnichannel orchestration intelligentbooking double bookingand optimized time management defining the right target setting per store.
- Sales Incentive:along with HRis responsible forthe design implementation and roll-out ofstoresincentive systems and sales promotions.
- Support stores organizationalevolutiontrough People Excellence:work along with the Training team to develop the right skills and capabilities set needed to constantly improve in-store performance and implement effective development paths supported by coaching and training activities.
- Promote all the initiatives that contributetothecreationofaData Driven Organization.
What youll need:
- Extensive experience in Commercial and Go To Market or Sales enablement within International contexts ideally within retail environments.
- You are business fluent in German and English
- Masters or bachelorsdegree in engineering marketing business or related field.
- Teamwork attitude ability in working andachievingresults through others
- Proven leadership and inspirational skills
- Communication& buy-inskillsand the ability to work across countries and role
