The Role
Marco is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our St. Johns office. Reporting to the VP of Finance and Administration youll be the first point of contact for visitors manage calls and mail and provide essential administrative support to our team. From coordinating supplies and vendors to planning meetings events and celebrations youll keep our workplace efficient and welcoming. Youll also manage executive calendars arrange travel and handle expensesall while helping create a positive team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Welcoming visitors answering calls and managing mail and reception duties
  • Providing administrative support maintaining records and assisting with onboarding
  • Coordinating office supplies vendors maintenance and internal communications
  • Planning and supporting meetings events and team activities
  • Managing executive calendars schedules and expense processing
  • Booking travel for the organization
What You Bring
  • Experience in office administration reception or executive support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
  • A proactive adaptable and detail-oriented mindset
