We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as the Senior Delivery Manager reporting to the Executive Manager Program Delivery.

A bit about your role

The Senior Delivery Manager Production Engineering role is responsible for coordinating schedules projects and resources across a complex multi-technology network to support daytoday operations and key internal and external stakeholders.

The role focuses on delivering migration projects on time improving operational efficiency through reporting automation and process optimisation managing stakeholder engagement and overseeing workforce planning.

Success in this role relies on strong project management analytical and coordination skills along with the ability to work under pressure adapt to changing priorities and consistently meet tight deadlines while delivering value to customers and the broader organisation.

A bit about you

schedules within a largescale telecommunications environment including reviewing and aligning engineering designs scheduling upgrades and supporting new technology launches.

It involves overseeing endtoend program delivery across multiple technology domains managing risks resolving production issues and leading technical escalations for major incidents and failed migrations.

Success depends on strong stakeholder and people leadership skills deep knowledge of telecom networks OSS systems change management processes and network lifecycle management alongside the ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining network integrity.
