Job Summary

The Advanced Math and Science Academy is seeking qualified applicants for a vacant Spring Track & Field Assistant coaching position. AMSA (grades 6-12) is a District 2 member of the MIAA and the Colonial Athletic League. The job will consist of helping to lead the schools successful Outdoor Track & Field program and duties will include but are not limited to:practice planning athlete development overseeing and instructing during workouts coaching the Middle School squad assisting with the Varsity squad helping to efficiently oversee the entire program and helping the Athletic Department staff uphold and instill the AMSA Mission Statement as it pertains to applicants should send resume cover letter and contact information of references to Athletic Director Jaquan James at is $2725Bachelors Degree along with significant playing and coaching experience strongly desired. Previous high school coaching experience preferred. The ability to commit to the time necessary to run an outstanding high school program is essential. Candidates will be subject to CORI/SORI Background checks upon appointment.
