What Youll Do
As a Residential Sales Associate you will own the entire sales cyclefrom first consultation through project completionwhile delivering a premium professional experience every step of the way.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct highquality inhome and remote sales consultations
- Diagnose customer needs and present customized valuebased proposals
- Manage a strong appointment calendar including evenings and weekends
- Consistently hit or exceed sales and closerate targets
- Build longterm client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the job lifecycle
- Maintain accurate activity pipeline and followup in the CRM
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to standard
- Represent the CertaPro brand in the local market through signage events and referrals
- Participate in ongoing coaching training and performance reviews
